Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we will ship within 1-2 days including weekends. If You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date before completing your purchase. If you want to change your address, contact us and we will change it for you. If the item is already shipped, we will not be able to change it.

Returns: You can return any item with a 7 day time frame. Please contact us to start your return and let us know the reason for the return. 

Exchange: You can make an exchange within the 7 days of the return, once we receive your item you are exchanging, we will ship your exchanged product. if you want to know the status of your shipment, check your email for the tracking number or contact us.
